Serve as a client-facing Content Strategist (internally Account Strategist, Content & SEO) responsible for day-to-day client deliverables and managing custom client strategies
Own strategy for Enterprise clients, creating holistic marketing strategies that impact multiple business areas
Craft creative briefs and content campaigns based on competitor and audience insights
Use project phase, client goals, current campaigns, and historical performance to set and revise strategies while adhering to Directive best practices (Customer Generation, LTV:CAC modeling, Share of SERP, Content Production)
Set client goals using Google Analytics, CRM data, SEMRush and Ahrefs, with Associate Director (AsD) approval
Manage project execution via Asana; delegate tasks to Specialists, clients, and partner with Project Managers when present
Work closely with content writers and designers to deliver quality content campaigns on time
Proactively communicate timeline expectations, progress, and roadblocks to clients and internal leadership via Slack and bi-weekly meetings
Report to clients on cadence: bi-weekly meetings, monthly reports, quarterly reports, and 2 bi-annual business review presentations
Requirements
Proven track record implementing SEO principles and content strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
Analytical ability to analyze website traffic and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics
Strong familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools
Strong communication skills and comfortable client facing
Proven organisational, project, and time management skills
Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO and Content
Must have agency experience
Must have B2B tech and/or SaaS experience
Ability to work from anywhere in the United States and reliable internet access
Ability to operate a laptop and office productivity software; must be able to remain stationary for extended periods
