Create custom SEO and content strategies for enterprise B2B/SaaS clients and implement best practices
Use project phase, client marketing goals, ongoing campaigns, and historical performance to optimize strategies
Craft creative briefs and content campaigns driven by competitor and audience insights
Apply LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation methodology, Share of SERP, and Content Production best practices
Set client goals using data sources like Google Analytics, CRM, SEMRush, and Ahrefs; get goals approved by Associate Director
Manage project execution via Asana: delegate tasks, partner with Project Managers, and ensure timely delivery and quality
Work closely with content writers and designers to complete content campaigns and maintain client standards
Serve as main interface between clients and internal teams; proactively communicate via Slack and bi-weekly meetings
Report progress on NSMs with bi-weekly meetings, monthly and quarterly reports, and bi-annual business reviews
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities and pursue account growth
Requirements
Proven track record of success around implementing SEO principles and content strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
Analytical insight: ability to analyse website traffic and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics
Strong Communication skills: comfortable client facing and owning relationships with key stakeholders
Strong familiarity with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools
Proven organisational, project, and time management skills
Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO and Content
Must have agency experience
Must have B2B tech and/or SaaS experience
Ability to operate a laptop, use computer software platforms, reliable internet access, and professional background
Use of the project management tool Asana is required
