• Own the AI roadmap end-to-end; make build, buy, and prioritisation calls based on ROI, technical feasibility, and business impact
• Map current workflows across the business (operations, customer support, marketing, finance, product, engineering) to identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and high-leverage opportunities for AI
• Ship real AI use cases end-to-end; from problem framing and prototype through to production deployment, monitoring, and iteration
• Drive adoption across teams through hands-on workshops, training, documentation, and embedded support; make sure tools actually get used, not just delivered
• Measure impact rigorously: establish baselines, define KPIs (time saved, cost reduced, quality improved), and report results back to leadership and the teams themselves
• Establish governance foundations; usage policies, data handling rules, model evaluation, security guardrails, and vendor management without slowing the business down
• Continuously evaluate the AI landscape (models, agents, automation platforms, copilots) and translate it into pragmatic recommendations for the company
• Partner with engineering, product, and functional leaders to embed AI inside the systems people already use, rather than bolting on yet another tool
• Build business cases and ROI models that justify investment and clearly communicate what's working, what's not, and what to do next
• Share knowledge across the company and help raise the AI literacy of the whole organisation

Brand Manager

• Own the full marketing calendar: planning, briefing, and coordinating simultaneous campaigns across all channels and verticals
• Translate CMO strategy and business objectives into actionable project roadmaps with clear timelines, owners, and KPIs
• Coordinate kick-off and alignment sessions across Acquisition, CRM/Retention, VIP, Design, Content, and Product stakeholders
• Maintain the brands’ competitive positioning and ensure all marketing output reflects agreed tone of voice, visual identity, and regulatory standards
• Serve as the single point of contact and accountability for all live marketing initiatives - escalating blockers and resolving conflicts across teams
• Build and manage detailed project plans (briefs, timelines, dependencies, RACI matrices) using project management tooling (e.g. Jira)
• Facilitate weekly cross-functional sprint reviews, ensuring deliverables are on track, on brief, and on budget
• Brief and guide the Acquisition team on brand-consistent acquisition campaigns
• Review and approve acquisition creative and messaging to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Collaborate on landing page strategy with Design and Product to maximise conversion while maintaining brand integrity
• Collaborate with the Retention teams to coordinate lifecycle marketing programmes - welcome journeys, reactivation, loyalty campaigns, and promotional calendars with appropriate team involvement from the marketing department
• Own and evolve brand guidelines in partnership with the Head of Brands and Design lead
• Drive a content calendar aligned to key sporting events, game launches, seasonal moments, and market-specific occasions
• Define and track campaign performance metrics in partnership with Data/Analytics; present monthly marketing performance reviews to the CMO
• Own the marketing dashboard - consolidating marketing department KPIs into a single executive view
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and document learnings; build a culture of test-and-learn across all marketing functions
• Manage the consolidated marketing budget tracker, flagging variances and reallocation opportunities to the CMO proactively
