About the role
- Drive media sales, advertising sales, and brand partnerships across YouTube channels, digital media, and film production
- Build agency relationships and secure corporate clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients
- Create customized advertising and brand partnership solutions that align with client objectives
- Lead branded content, influencer marketing, OTT partnerships, and video advertising initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, digital marketing) to deliver value-driven campaigns
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to refine sales approaches
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful execution of brand partnership agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (MBA/BBA preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, or advertising solutions
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a media/entertainment environment
- Strong network of industry contacts across agencies, advertisers, and media buyers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital advertising, YouTube monetization, branded content, and film/OTT partnerships is highly desirable
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
