Strategically leverage teammates to meet brand standards, execute programs and processes, and delegate tasks by priority.
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards: floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
Assist store leadership with general supervision and training, including onboarding and cross-training teammates.
Prioritize coaching and development; provide hands-on coaching and teach the “why” behind tasks and processes.
Lead by example to support store vision and align teammate responsibilities to organizational goals.
Create an inclusive, welcoming, and safe environment for teammates and customers.
Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality and perform other tasks as assigned.
