Manager

• Develop, propose, implement, and manage a sales strategy and tactical action plan, for selected target key accounts within specified market verticals across the territory.
• Including: Identifying and undertaking due diligence to define and prioritize target accounts
• Tactical sales plans, initiatives and actions required for growth at assigned accounts
• Marketing plans, initiatives and actions consistent with Dialight standards, targeted to assigned market vertical
• Sales forecasts and budget preparation for assigned accounts facilitated through our CRM
• Build effective and long-term relationships with the target accounts at every key stakeholder and influencing point and importantly at the most senior levels of management as well as local decision makers
• Drive ‘Specification Lock’ on Dialight products and generate/influence customer lighting standards where possible
• Negotiate and manage all national or regional SPA agreements for assigned accounts
• Coordinate and supply competitive price levels on national MRO bids to buying groups and national account managers from distribution
• Promote Dialight at national buying groups and coordinate efforts with these groups as needed to promote and position the Dialight solution at the end user
• Prioritize, manage, and respond to planned and unplanned business needs
• Frequent national & occasional international travel will be required

Strategic Accounts Manager

Designer

• Design full lighting reports including schedules, plans, graphics, and details
• Use your expertise in design and conceptual skills
• Coordinate designs with Dialight staff, engineers, and contractors
• Communicate clearly to stakeholders and customers through written/oral communication, photometric reports, and presentations
• Remain current in lighting technologies, lighting standards, and lighting equipment (fixtures, LEDs, control systems)
• Photometric analysis of how light behaves in a lighting environment
• Visit site locations to survey or to observe installations
• Work independently, seek assistance as needed, manage time wisely

Senior Lighting Designer

Product Manager

• Develop a cohesive, multi-year product strategy that translates market dynamics, customer needs, and business priorities into actionable investment decisions and product roadmaps.
• Provide a 360 degree-view of market trends, customer behavior, and competitors’ activities, including variations between global regions (North America/ EMEA and Asia).
• Identify opportunities for our continuous differentiation in the market – this includes products and services
• Translate deep customer listening into actionable inputs for the engineering and R&D teams
• Develop return on investment models for new product lines including future demand forecasting, product introduction timing and risk analysis.
• Develop ‘Feature Roadmap’ for our next generation technology and product development – ‘Innovation for Purpose’ to deliver sustained customer driven growth.
• Develop ‘Value Proposition Storyline’ for different markets (existing or new) around our products and services (existing or new).
• Identify how the value proposition needs to regionalize to maximize growth across all global markets
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to define positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies.
• Define and communicate value propositions for industrial LED lighting products
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Act as a central connector between engineering, design, legal, and commercial teams to align on product direction, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Support distributor and channel partner marketing initiatives
• Develop co-marketing programs and sales enablement tools
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor product success and financial viability.
