Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the adoption and sale of LED light fixtures to target markets in Industrial and heavy industrial sectors
Manage manufacturer’s representative firms and relationships at distribution, contractors, specifiers, and industrial facility managers
Execute Solid State lighting (SSL) strategy for the territory
Develop strategies to gain market share and grow sales
Manage relationships with Manufacturers Representatives
Effective sales pipeline management using Salesforce.com
Drive specification Lock with potential and existing customers
Prepare and provide input and actual sales performance against objectives and budgets
Collaborate and communicate with other regional sales managers, strategic account managers, product managers, and sales directors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5 years of consultive sales of products to the heavy industrial and hazardous marketplace
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings
Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Previous experience with Salesforce or AGI and sale of Industrial Lighting Products in hazardous locations
Must live in the sales territory and be willing to travel as needed
