About the role

  • Support in customer acquisition and management of prospects
  • Assist in sales calls, consultation meetings, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and document contacts in the CRM system (ActiveCampaign)
  • Support automation of sales processes (e.g., using Make, Airtable, Notion)
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach activities to engage new contacts
  • Participate in cold outreach via email and other digital channels
  • Analyze and evaluate sales activities
  • Contribute to the creation and optimization of sales funnels

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication Studies, Media Management, Marketing, or similar)
  • Mandatory internship as part of your studies (minimum 6 months)
  • Availability to start immediately
  • High motivation and eagerness to learn
  • Interest in digital sales and sales process automation
  • Reliability and a structured working approach
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting
  • Strong self-organization and ability to set priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (German at native level)
  • Affinity for digital tools and modern sales platforms
  • Quick grasp of new software
  • Initial experience or a strong interest in sales is a plus.
