• Du telefonierst Sales-Listen, führst Erstberatungen durch und lernst den kompletten Sales-Prozess von der Leadqualifizierung bis zum Abschluss kennen.
• Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Gründer:innen zusammen und entwickelst ein Gespür für KI gestützte Prozesse.
• Du wirst aktiv an unserem innovativen Projekt zur KI-gestützten Telefonie mitarbeiten, das wir während deiner Praktikumszeit umsetzen.
• Hier kannst du die Zukunft des Vertriebs mitgestalten und lernen, wie KI den Sales-Prozess revolutioniert.
• Du gestaltest unsere Vertriebsprozesse aktiv mit, bringst deine Ideen zur Verbesserung ein und hilfst dabei, neue Sales-Strategien zu testen und umzusetzen.

• You will work closely with the founders and develop a feel for AI-supported processes.
• You will actively contribute to our innovative AI-driven telephony project.

Sales Internship – 100% Remote

• Consulting and closing pet insurance policies — with our support and our in-house AI.
• No cold calling — you speak with people who have already shown interest in insuring their pet and professionally guide them to a purchase.
• Master HubSpot — you’ll become proficient in our CRM and sales tool and use it to manage customer data, inquiries, and deals efficiently.

Manager

• Your role: You will be the central person responsible for all content and training at DVL.
• Teach directly: You appear on camera as an instructor—in our state-subsidized training programs and in webinars. You explain complex topics around AI and automation so insurance brokers can implement them immediately.
• Content leadership: You decide which topics are relevant for our target audience, develop content strategies, and set priorities—both for our subsidized training programs and for our Self-Signup program.
• Trend spotting: You identify trends in the insurance industry and in AI/automation before others do.
• Design training: You design and lead our training programs, especially in AI and No-Code automation. You create briefings for additional instructors, structure curricula, and ensure each course is practical and actionable—whether it’s a multi-month subsidized program or a compact Self-Signup course.
• Team coordination: You work closely with our coaches, video producers, editors, and the tech team. You provide clear briefings, manage production, and ensure quality.
• Work independently: You don’t need someone to tell you what to do. You identify what our audience needs and implement it—with the team available to you.

Instructor, Head of Learning Content – AI & Automation for Insurance Brokers

Content Marketing Manager

• Du wirst die zentrale Person für alles, was bei DVL mit Inhalten und Weiterbildung zu tun hat.
• Selbst lehren: Du stehst als Dozent vor der Kamera – in unseren geförderten Weiterbildungen und in Webinaren. Du erklärst komplexe Themen rund um KI und Automatisierung so, dass Versicherungsvermittler sie sofort umsetzen können.
• Inhaltliche Leitung: Du entscheidest, welche Themen für unsere Zielgruppe relevant sind, entwickelst Content-Strategien und setzt Prioritäten – sowohl für unsere geförderten Weiterbildungen als auch für unser Self-Signup-Programm.
• Weiterbildung gestalten: Du konzipierst und leitest unsere Weiterbildungen, insbesondere im Bereich KI- und No-Code-Automatisierung. Du erstellst Briefings für weitere Dozenten, strukturierst Lehrpläne und sorgst dafür, dass jede Weiterbildung praxisnah und umsetzbar ist.
• Team koordinieren: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Coaches, Videoproduzenten, Cuttern und dem Technikteam zusammen. Du gibst klare Briefings, steuerst die Produktion und stellst sicher, dass die Qualität stimmt.
• Eigenverantwortlich arbeiten: Du brauchst niemanden, der dir sagt, was zu tun ist. Du erkennst selbst, was unsere Zielgruppe braucht, und setzt es um – mit dem Team, das dir zur Verfügung steht.
