About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You take full ownership of our performance marketing and are the strategic lead behind it
You work hands-on
You will be supported by a video editor and a 20-hour-per-week role for UGC coordination and ad uploads
Independent management and scaling of our Meta campaigns
Creative testing based on hook, format and angle — structured and methodical
Setup and maintenance of Meta Pixel & Conversions API (CAPI)
Building dashboards and reporting structures
Active use of AI tools in daily work
Independent development of agents and automations for repetitive marketing tasks
You always think first: "Can an agent take this over?" — and then you build it
You stay close to new AI developments and proactively introduce new tools and approaches
Expansion into new channels (native advertising, optionally TikTok, YouTube)
Development and testing of new funnel structures

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in paid social / performance marketing, ideally with Meta
Analytical mindset: you read data, draw real conclusions, and act on them
Genuine enthusiasm for AI tools — you use them daily, not occasionally
Self-directed working style: you don't need someone telling you what to do
Practical experience with vibe coding / AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, or similar)
Experience with agent workflows or marketing automations
