About the role

  • Primary point of contact for prominent key accounts on all sales-related matters
  • Acquisition of potential new customers in the cleanroom industry
  • Implement a generalist sales and consulting approach to ensure and optimize long-term customer satisfaction based on individual customer needs
  • Present services for cleanroom garments (decontamination, sterilization), cleanroom cleaning, on-site service, cleanroom training, and consumables, and work closely with the respective specialists
  • Long-term relationship management for A/B customers as the one-face-to-the-customer and identification and exploitation of opportunities (up-/cross-selling)
  • Handle customer inquiries and projects from the initial call through to contract signing
  • Maintain close collaboration with laundry and cleaning experts, as well as customer and sales support

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales of complex/consultative services in the cleanroom, hygiene, cleaning, workwear sectors, or comparable fields
  • Residence in the Bavaria region
  • Strong sales affinity, empathy, and the ability to negotiate on equal footing
  • High level of motivation, perseverance, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately 2 days per week and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
