• Implementation of a generalist sales and consulting approach to ensure and optimize long-term customer satisfaction based on individual customer needs
• Presentation of services for cleanroom garments (decontamination, sterilization), cleanroom cleaning, on-site service, cleanroom training, consumables, and close collaboration with the respective specialists
• Long-term relationship management for A/B customers as one-face-to-the-customer and identification and exploitation of opportunities (up-/cross-selling)

Account Manager, Sales Manager – Reinraum Textilien

• First point of contact for managing major key accounts on all sales-related matters in the Central Germany region
• Acquisition of potential new customers in the cleanroom industry
• Implement a generalist sales and consulting approach to ensure and optimize long-term customer satisfaction based on individual client needs
• Present services related to cleanroom garments (decontamination, sterilization), cleanroom cleaning, on-site service, cleanroom training, and consumables, working closely with the respective specialists

• Handle customer inquiries and projects from the initial call through contract conclusion

Analyst

• Analysis and evaluation of business and financial documents (creditworthiness, risk and receivables analysis)
• Review and approval of credit applications
• Preparation of committee papers and decision documents
• Contribute subject-matter expertise to process optimization initiatives

Credit Analyst – Factoring

• Primary point of contact for prominent key accounts on all sales-related matters
• Acquisition of potential new customers in the cleanroom industry
• Implement a generalist sales and consulting approach to ensure and optimize long-term customer satisfaction based on individual customer needs
• Present services for cleanroom garments (decontamination, sterilization), cleanroom cleaning, on-site service, cleanroom training, and consumables, and work closely with the respective specialists
• Long-term relationship management for A/B customers as the one-face-to-the-customer and identification and exploitation of opportunities (up-/cross-selling)
• Handle customer inquiries and projects from the initial call through to contract signing
• Maintain close collaboration with laundry and cleaning experts, as well as customer and sales support

• Erster Ansprechpartner in der Betreuung von namhaften Key-Accounts in sämtlichen, vertriebsrelevanten Angelegenheiten
• Akquise potenzieller Neukunden aus der Reinraumbranche
• Durchführung eines generalistischen Vertriebs- und Beratungsansatzes zur Sicherstellung und Optimierung einer langfristigen Kundenzufriedenheit
• Vorstellung der Dienstleistungen: Reinraumbekleidung (Dekontamination, Sterilisation), Reinraumreinigung, On-Site-Service, Reinraumschulungen, Verbrauchsmaterial
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Spezialisten aus Wäscherei, Cleaning, Customer- und Sales-Support
• Langfristiges Beziehungsmanagement bei A/B-Kunden als one-face-to-the-customer sowie Erkennen und Nutzen von Chancen (Up-/Cross-Selling)
• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Projekten vom ersten Telefonat bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss
• Enge Abstimmung mit Experten aus Wäscherei und Cleaning sowie dem Customer- und Sales-Support

Key Account Manager / Sales Manager, Reinraum Textiles

• Allgemeine Zuständigkeit für organisatorische Aufgaben in der Betriebsorganisation
