About the role

  • Administration of the IT infrastructure (virtualization, networking, firewalls)
  • Responsibility for maintaining servers (Windows and Linux)
  • Provide in-house user support and monitor IT systems
  • Reporting and data analysis using SQL
  • Automation of processes (PowerShell, shell scripts, batch, etc.)
  • Setup and management of mobile devices (MDM)
  • Creation and maintenance of IT documentation

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree with an IT focus, or career changers with relevant professional experience
  • Confident handling of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge of networking and virtualization technologies
  • Team player with a high sense of responsibility
  • Quick learner with an independent and structured way of working
  • Fluent German language skills
