About the role
- Develop markets and customer relationships in the Secondary Care sector to achieve sales targets for ARDx products in the Northern region.
- Full revenue responsibility for the Göttingen–Kassel region.
- Direct and monitor sales strategies in the region based on KPIs, customer needs and product concepts.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with C-level stakeholders at hospitals, hospital chains and purchasing cooperatives.
- Identify and present issues and business opportunities to key customers to secure long-term strategic accounts of national significance.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a natural science; alternatively medical training or equivalent professional experience in diagnostics.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical technology or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of the market sector, key customers and customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.
- Fluent German and very good English language skills.
- Willingness to travel (70–80%).
