Application Engineer

• Provide L2/L3 production support for critical media applications
• Troubleshoot application, platform, and infrastructure issues across GCP and Kubernetes
• Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify root causes
• Resolve incidents using runbooks and SOPs, escalating when required
• Partner with Engineering and SRE teams, providing clear technical context
• Support live streaming pipelines and video transcoding workflows
• Diagnose issues related to:
• Stream ingest failures
• Transcoder job errors and performance bottlenecks
• Output quality, latency, and availability
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends
• Document incidents, RCAs, corrective and preventive actions
• Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and SOPs

Application Support Engineer – GCP, Media Platforms

DevOps Engineer

• Own and operate the monitoring and observability stack across on-prem and GCP environments
• Design, build, and maintain Grafana dashboards for infrastructure, Kubernetes, and applications
• Define, tune, and maintain alerts to ensure high signal-to-noise ratio
• Establish observability standards and best practices across teams
• Improve visibility into system health, performance, and reliability
• Apply SRE principles to improve availability, performance, and resilience
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Participate in on-call rotations and SEV incident response
• Lead or contribute to incident investigations and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Drive preventative actions to reduce repeat incidents
• Support and monitor Kubernetes environments (GKE and on-prem clusters)
• Monitor cluster health, capacity, and resource utilization
• Troubleshoot platform-level issues impacting application reliability
• Collaborate with Platform and Engineering teams on reliability improvements
• Provide L2/L3 application support coverage during support team resource shortages, high-severity incidents (SEVs), peak support periods or escalations
• Triage and troubleshoot application issues using existing runbooks and dashboards
• Collaborate with Application Support and Engineering teams during incidents
• Ensure all actions, findings, and resolutions are documented in ServiceNow (SNOW)

QA Automation Engineer

• - Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener **automatizaciones RPA** utilizando UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Integration Services, Agentic workflows).
• - Implementar flujos de automatización con **Power Automate**, integrando procesos end-to-end dentro del ecosistema Microsoft.
• - Integrar soluciones de **IA generativa** mediante **Azure OpenAI y/o AWS Bedrock** para automatizaciones avanzadas y toma de decisiones asistida.

• Coordinate closely with delivery teams to prepare proposals.
• Translate client needs into clear commercial narratives.
• Ensure proposals are context-aware, competitive, and winnable.
• Manage follow-ups and feedback throughout the RFP process.
• Inbound LATAM Lead Management
• Own and qualify inbound LATAM leads.
• Prioritize and route leads appropriately.
• Support deal shaping and proposal preparation as needed.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility.

• Serve as the bridge between client, delivery, and leadership.
• Maintain disciplined CRM updates (pipeline, contacts, next steps).
• Provide regular account, stakeholder engagement, and pipeline updates to leadership.
