• Investigar, diseñar e innovar en soluciones digitales centradas en el usuario.
• Llevar adelante o colaborar en procesos completos de diseño UX: investigación, ideación, mapeo, prototipado y validación de productos y servicios digitales.

Application Engineer

• Provide L2/L3 production support for critical media applications
• Troubleshoot application, platform, and infrastructure issues across GCP and Kubernetes

• Design, build, and maintain Grafana dashboards for infrastructure, Kubernetes, and applications

• Improve visibility into system health, performance, and reliability
