• The Partner Solutions Engineer (PSE) at DevRev is a customer-obsessed technical professional who plays a key role in driving partner-led growth and adoption.
• You will serve as the technical bridge between DevRev and our ecosystem of resellers, OEMs, system integrators, and strategic alliances.
• In this role, you will lead pre-sales discovery, design custom solutions, enable technical teams at partner organizations, and act as a trusted advisor across the full partner lifecycle.
• You’ll collaborate closely with DevRev’s Sales, Product, and GTM teams, empowering partners to independently position, implement, and scale DevRev solutions.

Solutions Engineer – Presales/Sales

QA Automation Engineer

• Implement and utilize AI and intelligent agents to accelerate test generation processes.
• Transition from manual test case development to AI-driven automation solutions, enhancing overall testing efficiency.
• Define clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases based on requirements, specifications, and user stories; ensure coverage of positive/negative scenarios, edge cases, and traceability to product features.
• Organize and maintain test suites to reflect product changes; refactor outdated or redundant tests and maintain clear structure for manual and automated suites.
• Design and implement a modular, maintainable, and scalable Playwright test automation framework for end-to-end web testing.
• Create a blueprint and best practices for QA team onboarding and contribution of new automated test cases.
• Define coding standards, version control practices, branching strategies, and code review guidelines for the QA automation codebase.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines with real-time test reporting.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered tools for test case generation, flakiness detection, and intelligent exploratory testing.
• Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of the existing test framework; analyze test failures and test escapes to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Design and develop test reports and implement an effective test failure alerting system to notify feature owners and responsible developers promptly.
• Champion shift-left testing practices by collaborating with developers, product managers, and DevOps; foster a culture of quality through continuous improvement.

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive strategic partnerships and alliances for North America focused on Enterprise customers. As the Enterprise Partnerships Lead, you will play a key role in expanding our network of partners, fostering relationships with consulting firms, ISVs, alliances, resellers and GSIs to advance our AI initiatives and products across North America.
• Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive NAMER partnerships strategy for Enterprise Segment, identifying key stakeholders and fostering relationships to drive collaboration and innovation.
• Build and maintain relationships with consulting firms, ISVs, alliances, resellers and GSIs to explore partnership opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
• Lead negotiations and partnership discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
• Identify focused partners, enable them to generate pipeline and drive revenue conversions for the top enterprises in NAMER.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and legal to develop and implement partnership initiatives and programs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in AI, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase our AI capabilities and forge new partnerships.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15yrs+ pertinent experience in Partnerships & Alliances and Enterprise sales roles at SaaS, AI or Tech firms
• Proven track record of building and managing partnerships across NAMER, with a strong network of contacts in the partner ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, applications, and market trends, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, able to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
