Ensure that the acceptance criteria are understood by the development team and serve as a liaison to the program’s Business Requirements team
Collaborate with the government business owners to define and document business requirements in user stories
Convey government business owner requirements to the team (including documentation, prioritization, clarification) for analysis, estimate, development, testing, and implementation
Manage creation and maintenance of program service level agreements, team processing agreements, working agreements, and other associated agile documentation
Ensure technical documents and processes are successfully completed, updated, and stored (i.e., logical design diagrams, control agreements, etc.)
Oversee the successful operation of Scrum teams and Kanban activities across the program
Complete meeting minutes for technical meetings and storing minutes and other agile documentation on appropriate documentation tools
Assist the Contract PM and Government ITPMs with documenting, assigning, and closing action items
Document business processes flows and technical workflows
