Technician

• Lead execution of major component exchanges (MCE) including blades, gearboxes, generators, main shafts, nacelles, and tower sections
• Oversee crane operations, rigging plans, and lift execution in coordination with crane providers and site leadership
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA, GWO, and company safety standards
• Conduct pre-job briefings, lift plans, and job hazard analyses (JHAs) prior to execution
• Coordinate daily activities of technicians, rigging crews, and subcontractors on-site
• Verify tooling, equipment, and parts are available and meet project requirements prior to mobilization
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field-level technical issues during component exchanges

Manager

• Organization and coordination of service, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting assignments
• Execution of remote fault clearing and handling of complex technical faults in second-level support
• Planning and coordination of personnel, materials, external companies and subcontractors
• Carrying out and supporting repair work on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and control systems
• Close cooperation with technical support, the internal office/back office and other project stakeholders

Site Manager, Remote Troubleshooter

• Perform skilled technical work in support of our projects as well as providing leadership direction.
• Work activities include the removal and installation of major components, electrical/mechanical retrofits, and commissioning activities.
• A Technician I may also provide guidance to junior technicians and help ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
• Lead or support the execution of repower tasks including drivetrain replacements, electrical and/or mechanical upgrades, and system checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues encountered during repower work.
• Perform electrical terminations, torquing, and verifications per upgrade procedures.
• Utilize SCADA and other diagnostic tools for operational checks and post-repower validation.
• Generate & complete all relevant paperwork, including work orders, checklists, JSAs etc.
• Mentor other team members on tools, safety practices, and technical procedures.
• Perform scheduled & unscheduled maintenance on wind turbines bringing skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulics.
• Participate on large corrective teams with the replacement of major turbine components, e.g., generators, main shafts, and gearboxes.
• Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during component installation or maintenance.
• Coordinate with construction managers, planners, and other on-site personnel to optimize work execution.
• Provide general project support including staging tools, organizing parts, and site cleanup.
• Participate in LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), hazard analysis, and pre-task planning processes.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
• Recognize hazards to stop the job to prevent accidents before they occur.

Technician I – Repower

• Work independently to perform all mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and retrofit activities.
• Serve as the work scope or team leader for their respective work team.
• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Lead mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic component installation, troubleshooting and repair.
• Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior technicians, providing on-the-job training, technical support, and performance feedback.

Senior Technician – Repower

Procurement

• Develop and manage strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and internal teams including Sales, Engineering, EHS, and QA
• Localize and source components from U.S. suppliers
• Analyze procurement activities, recommend improvements, and implement efficient procurement methods
• Negotiate pricing, terms, deadlines, and expectations with vendors while sourcing competitive quotes for materials
• Identify and qualify new vendors to support strategic growth and business execution
• Conduct vendor audits and on-site visits to ensure quality, KPIs, and EHS compliance
• Liaise with project managers to ensure material updates, delivery accuracy, and ongoing procurement support
• Maintain accurate vendor performance databases and administer contracts, NDAs, and term sheets
• Monitor market and delivery trends to evolve procurement strategies accordingly
• Assist with inventory management, goods receiving, and order preparation in collaboration with the Inventory Manager
• Participate in pre-deployment and site transition meetings to anticipate business needs and propose proactive solutions
• Uphold safety protocols while in warehouse environments
