Financial Planning and Analysis

• Overall responsibility for the association's financial structure, including planning, management and control of all financial resources
• Establishing and further developing a robust financial architecture to support sustainable growth
• Responsibility for budget planning, liquidity management and the use of funds within the framework of the organization's non-profit/charitable status
• Developing and implementing strategies to recruit supporting members and financial backers
• Active involvement in fundraising through direct outreach, structuring proposals and supporting the finalization of commitments
• Building and maintaining relationships with donors, partners and institutional funders
• Ensuring transparent financial processes and proper accounting in accordance with tax requirements
• Close collaboration with the executive leadership to manage overall financial control and to prioritize initiatives

• Aktive Ansprache und Gewinnung neuer Ehrenamtlicher in enger Abstimmung mit der Führungsebene
• Förderung einer wertschätzenden, inklusiven und wirkungsorientierten Organisationskultur
• Unterstützung der Teams bei Konfliktlösung, Rollenklärung und Zusammenarbeit
• Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur langfristigen Motivation, Weiterentwicklung und Teamstabilität

• Build a network of partners, key influencers, and communities for talent acquisition
• Work closely with the board and executive team on strategic workforce planning
