Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in HR management, recruiting, organizational development, or comparable people functions
  • Understanding of the specifics of volunteer-driven structures or willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to connect strategic people topics with operational implementation
  • High social competence, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • Structured, self-directed, and proactive working style
  • Enjoy recruiting, mentoring, and empowering people to increase their impact
  • Experience building teams or supporting organizations during growth phases is a plus
