About the role
- Assist members and clients and maintain business relationships
- Sell products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs
- Be responsible for one or more sub-specialties (life and health insurance, property and casualty, business services, personal services, securities)
- Carry out sales, sales support and client relations activities for specific products and services
- Listen to member/client needs and propose personalized solutions
- Help members/clients choose and get the most of their tools and channels
- Close sales, process transactions and follow up as needed
- Take phone calls and handle information requests
- Conduct research as needed and suggest personalized solutions
- Ensure member and client satisfaction and service quality according to organization standards and procedures
Requirements
- High school diplomas in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Available to work Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and Saturday on rotation from 9:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
