Accounting Manager

• Perform daily and monthly payment operations.
• Obtain, monitor, and analyze daily/monthly cash balances and cash flows.
• Record and post journal entries related to cash transactions for all entities.
• Journalize intercompany transfers and analyze new financial data.
• Monitor and reconcile account balances daily, monthly, and quarterly.
• Ensure all bank BAI transmission files are received daily and exported to subledgers.
• Monitor and manage the Financial Suspense Functions (FSS) mailbox daily.
• Run NSF reports daily and provide copies to the FOSS team.
• Provide regular updates on unresolved NSF cases.
• Manage FSS file tabs including month-end and quarter-end reconciliations, balancing and correcting journals, and supporting quarterly audits.
• Copy all journals and related documentation to shared drives for use by other Financial Services departments.
• Report to Finance Operations Lead / Engagement Manager.
