Events

• Support the Non-Premise team through planning, staffing, tracking and sometimes activating sponsored events
• Organize activities for multiple events simultaneously
• Lead on-site production while ensuring compliance with state event regulations, local sampling laws, company policies, and client marketing codes
• Support budget creation, expense tracking, vendor communications, timeline management, logistics, and on-site execution
• Responsible for event report forms and sourcing that aligns with brand goals
• Ensure part-time event staff understand activation goals and local compliance
• Manage administrative and operational tasks such as procuring permits, invoice requests, staff payroll, and expenses
• Report to the Director, Experiential Production and coordinate with cross-functional teams
