About the role
- Support the Non-Premise team through planning, staffing, tracking and sometimes activating sponsored events
- Organize activities for multiple events simultaneously
- Lead on-site production while ensuring compliance with state event regulations, local sampling laws, company policies, and client marketing codes
- Support budget creation, expense tracking, vendor communications, timeline management, logistics, and on-site execution
- Responsible for event report forms and sourcing that aligns with brand goals
- Ensure part-time event staff understand activation goals and local compliance
- Manage administrative and operational tasks such as procuring permits, invoice requests, staff payroll, and expenses
- Report to the Director, Experiential Production and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 2+ years minimum experience producing experiential or event production projects within an advertising environment
- College graduate (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience
- Experience tying business strategy and sponsorship to experiential events
- Ability to stay organized across several projects at a time while remaining proactive and communicative
- Experience in at least one additional specialized area such as stage production, lighting technology and design, transportation, set fabrication, décor styling, etc.
- Excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Comfortable working some non-traditional hours (this is not a 9 to 5 job)
- Must be based within commutable distance to Houston or Dallas, TX
