Requirements
- Strong professional communication skills (phone and written)
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service, ideally in a call center setting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and ticket resolution
- Ability to analyze and evaluate information critically to educate customers effectively and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Commitment to continuous learning and applying new skills to improve performance
- Remote
- Up to 5% travel for off-site meetings
- May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods
