Requirements

  • Strong professional communication skills (phone and written)
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service, ideally in a call center setting
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and ticket resolution
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate information critically to educate customers effectively and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Commitment to continuous learning and applying new skills to improve performance
  • Remote
  • Up to 5% travel for off-site meetings
  • May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods
