About the role
- Accountable for successful sales and delivery of CXM client accounts
- Collaborate with sales, client management and project management across creative, media and customer experience management service lines
- Partner across CXM Experience and Commerce and Data & Technology Strategy practice areas to win and deliver client engagements
- Partner with Solutions Team and Practice Area delivery leadership to define vision and evolve program management capability
- Responsible for delivery across end-to-end client lifecycle from RFP response to client sunsetting
- Tailor engagement model frameworks and cross-service line approaches for pitches and RFP responses
- Craft approach, timeline and pricing for engagement model; partner with finance and operations to model team
- Design and refine engagement model, stand up teams, and prepare client/internal kickoffs upon award
- Lead PMO/TMO activities or run holistic program delivery for CXM/dentsu on client accounts
- Tailor PMO/TMO frameworks, standardize team scoping methods, and delivery methodologies
- Oversee Delivery Onboarding materials and ensure project-specific onboarding for teams
- Create and evolve account playbooks
- Facilitate pitch and proposal development and ensure detailed SOWs and Change Orders are developed and approved
- Partner with account CLG teams to develop account plans
- Ensure programs are delivered on schedule, on budget, and meet agreed scope; identify and lead remediation for escalated issues
Requirements
- At least 15 years experience delivering transformation, complex, global, scaled client engagements with star brands in a professional services environment
- Experience in marketing agency or consulting environments
- Experience bringing diverse teams together to deliver stellar digital experience work
- Program subject matter expert and accomplished delivery leader with global/complex roll-out experience
- Experience working in partnership with other professional services organizations in client contexts
- Commercial delivery track record with ability to showcase delivering complex engagements profitably
