• The Global Talent Development Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting and executing the refreshed Dentons’ Global Talent Strategy.
• This role plays a pivotal part in shaping, creating and executing high-impact learning and development strategies that directly support Dentons’ global talent agenda across the law firms. It is responsible for driving firm-wide capability building by partnering with senior leaders, designing innovative and future-focused learning and development programmes, and leading strategic talent initiatives that align with the firm’s evolving business priorities and growth ambitions.
• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement high impact, best in its class learning and development programmes ensuring scalability and regional relevance, strategically aligned.
• Engage with senior leaders across the regions to understand talent needs and influence strategic priorities.
• Independently manage end-to-end talent projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact across regions.
• Facilitate and deliver high-impact talent, innovative programs across the regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cultural nuances.
• Design and execute global talent initiatives, strategically aligned and tailored to the regions.
• Work closely with talent colleagues and key stakeholders across regions to drive alignment, share best practices, and embed a unified talent culture across the firm.

Senior Manager, Global Talent Development

Business Development Rep

• Integral part of the UK, Ireland & Middle East Projects practice supporting BD and marketing activity
• Support marketing and business development activity across the newly formed Projects practice group
• Focus on campaigns, events, sponsorship management, thought leadership, client relationship management, client targeting and directory submissions
• Support the production of proposals (content creation, editing, team coordination, branding, and pricing compliance)
• Collaborate with the Senior BD Manager to develop high-quality proposal materials and ensure consistent messaging
• Act as a proposal process ambassador and ensure proposals are logged and outcomes tracked
• Conduct research on organisations, sectors, and individuals
• Assist in planning and executing client events (in-person and virtual), draft invitations, manage logistics, and create targeted mailing lists
• Leverage sponsorships for client engagement and manage post-event follow-ups, including ROI tracking
• Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and draft and design marketing content
• Work with the Digital Marketing team for online rollout, ensuring brand compliance and tracking ROI
• Prepare award entries, legal directory submissions, and explore profile-raising opportunities
• Maintain and update website and social media content with the Communications team and ensure brand compliance

Business Development Executive

• Lead a team of Credit Controllers across the UK, Dublin, and Warsaw; provide support to the Senior Working Capital Manager
• Oversee credit control operations, develop and implement credit policies, and manage the collections process
• Monitor client exposure, resolve client queries and disputes, and produce management reports
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, including GDPR
• Work closely with Revenue Control Manager and E-billing Manager to minimise client exposure and lock up
• Analyse and report on credit control performance, including debtor days and ageing reports, to senior management
• Set and monitor monthly collection targets; escalate problematic clients or debts to senior management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, finance, and other stakeholders
• Respond to finance queries from partners, fee earners, and secretaries and assist with ad hoc Working Capital projects
• Demonstrate flexibility to work beyond core business hours to meet client and internal expectations

• Key Purpose of the Role
• We are seeking a tech-savvy, self-driven, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Content Analyst. This role focuses on implementing website content for the global firm, with a primary focus on Australasia. You will report to the Global Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Content, and work closely with the Regional Business Development Director, New Zealand.
• Responsibilities
• Manage, update, and coordinate microsites and web pages related to ongoing growth initiatives (combinations, mergers, etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact for web-related requests.
• Assist in the development, launch, and maintenance of microsites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
• Implement and update content (e.g., lawyer biographies, news, articles) on the Firm’s websites and microsites using our CMS platforms (Sitecore and WordPress), as well as HTML and CSS where required.
• Ensure all content complies with Firm standards and is SEO optimized.
• Develop, maintain, and update documentation relating to processes and workflows within the digital content team.
• Support CRM data coordination and assist with related digital activities.
• Serve as the main contact for Digital Marketing support globally, with a primary focus on Australasia.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to other Sitecore and WordPress users across the firm.
