• Analyze credit and validate client registrations, checking system-indicated blocks, credit bureau information, related records, indicators of fraud, and the client's financial history with the company, aiming to resolve issues and ensure the request proceeds with risks mitigated for both the client and the company.
• Validate client registrations and the received registration documentation, verifying the authenticity of documents submitted by the client, comparing signatures and system data to mitigate fraud risk and potential losses to the company.
• Assess the client's financial capacity using the accounting/financial documentation provided, aiming to grant credit in a way that reduces default risk and potential losses to the company.
• Prepare, submit and follow up by email on analyses whose credit approval requires authorization from a higher approval authority (authorization matrix), ensuring compliance with HSB's credit approval policy.

• Lead, develop, and mentor the SEO team, fostering technical growth, autonomy, and high performance;
• Define and execute the SEO strategy for e-commerce, covering categories, products, content, technical SEO, and on-page/off-page SEO;
• Work collaboratively with Paid Media, Content, CRO, UX, CRM, Category Management, Branding, Product, and Technology teams to ensure strategic alignment;
• Lead well-structured SEO projects (addressing information architecture, crawl budget, indexing, structured data, performance, etc.);

• Implement new sales and partnership opportunities across all business fronts of the sales cycle (margin, media investment, inventory cost, etc.), ensuring the best profitability for your product group and the growth of the business;
• Actively participate in the promotional calendar together with the team, using marketing, performance and sales channels and tools to ensure optimal exposure, pricing and targeted discounts;
• Be the reference for your product group (assortment, target audience, competitive differentiators and positioning, etc.);
• Be responsible for the inventory health of your product group and identify causes and solutions for unhealthy items (price, traffic/audience, descriptions, photos, return opportunities, etc.);
• Ensure the best exposure of your product group using available tools and channels, aiming to achieve the targets set for your goals and the company’s overall objectives;
• Actively participate in feasibility analysis for introducing new products together with leadership and the purchasing team, considering the category role and product demand, seeking better margin and selling price;

• Develop and implement educational strategies that promote knowledge of the products and services offered.
• Train the sales team and customers.
• Engage with the industry and KOLs to create educational content that builds brand awareness, generates revenue, and fosters customer loyalty.

Education Manager

Marketing

• Analyze and execute content strategies and journeys for the brands according to each audience and persona, ensuring the brands stand out in the market and become a reference in Education and Content.
• Ensure integration of the education strategy across different channels (paid media, product pages, content, social, events, and commercial materials).
• Brief, approve, and monitor the rollout of content across all media channels to ensure execution of strategies as planned.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs and the performance of media channels and actions through reports, results dashboards, and alignment with involved teams, aiming for possible course corrections and new opportunities to achieve objectives and targets.
• Map opportunities to improve the customer journey, ensuring coherence and updating touchpoints throughout the funnel.
• Develop and execute performance analysis routines to monitor and report deliveries and results, refine strategies, and generate insights for the business.
• Ensure workflows, liaise with involved teams to guarantee correct and timely deliveries. Propose improvements to workflows and processes that may affect the customer experience and/or team activities, and provide technical guidance to the team.
