About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct quotations, commercial analyses and negotiations with suppliers of indirect goods and services (e.g., Maintenance, Facilities, HR, IT, Marketing, Travel and Events, Packaging, Consumables, among others);
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best supply conditions, ensuring business sustainability;
Develop and implement procurement strategies for the categories under your responsibility;
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency in contracting by applying Strategic Sourcing techniques, Category Management and market benchmarking;
Manage the purchasing process from requisition to issuance of the purchase order or contract, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements;
Perform supplier onboarding, evaluation and development, ensuring the quality and performance of the supply base;
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders for the categories under your responsibility;
Support audits and compliance reporting, ensuring traceability and transparency in procurement processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree;
Experience purchasing services and indirect materials;
Experience with negotiation, contract management, strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation and development;
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
