About the role
- Responsible for Demandbase’s owned and operated integration options (native connectors and account connector)
- Own the product roadmap for native integrations (Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics, Pardot, Outreach, etc.)
- Conduct market research and identify new integration opportunities based on customer demand and competitive landscape
- Prioritize integration development based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and business value
- Define success metrics and KPIs for integration adoption and performance monitoring
- Drive feature development and enhancements for Account Connector
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operation, optimal performance, and user experience
- Monitor connector usage patterns and identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather requirements from customers, sales, and customer success teams for integration needs
- Conduct user research and interviews to understand pain points and desired features
- Work with internal teams to utilize newly imported data sets deeply into the Demandbase core product
Requirements
- 3-5yrs of product management experience
- Understanding of B2B SaaS landscape, integrations, and business systems
- Basic understanding of APIs, data synchronization concepts
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills, and great attention to detail
- Experience directly communicating with customers
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
