• Lead complex heavy civil construction projects from planning through execution
• Partner closely with field leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Lead project safety and quality initiatives while mentoring field teams
• Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, and project P&L

• Coordinate work plans, submittals, and equipment needs
