• Manage client relationships and project pursuits in the waterproofing solutions sector
• Develop and deliver waterproofing solutions for civil infrastructure
• Work with a multidisciplined internal team including engineering and construction operations
• Provide training programs for field crews, PMs, and BDMs

Director of Business Development – Waterproofing Solutions

• develop new and strengthen existing client relationships throughout the greater Texas region
• accountable for bringing structural concrete strengthening capabilities to the greater Texas market
• collaborate with Technologies and Operations teams to develop solutions that tackle construction challenges
• perform sales functions on high-value projects and client relationship development to meet financial goals
• give presentations to potential clients on Strengthening solutions
• follow up on feedback and inquiries from presentations
• participate in web-based meetings, in-person meetings, emails, and phone calls with current, assigned, and potential clients
• communicate information on project and client leads provided by Marketing
• assist with drafts of proposals for Strengthening projects
• attend jobsite walks and pre-bid meetings as needed
• participate in project review calls and maintain up to date CRM listings for Strengthening projects
