About the role
- Take charge of communication with end users and partners for the Greek and Cypriot market
- Provide customer support across live chat, incoming calls, and email
- Deliver solutions and ensure an unparalleled customer experience
- Handle incoming and outgoing contact, prioritize and multitask under pressure
- Collaborate with a highly interactive and dynamic team of customer care agents
- May include going to restaurants or delivering food to customers when necessary
- Work shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and national holidays
Requirements
- Customer oriented
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Problem solving oriented with ability to find best solutions
- Team player with strong team spirit
- Multitasking and critical thinking skills
- Strong understanding of customer expectations and quality-driven support
- Computer skills and ability to use office equipment
- Availability to work shifts including evening & night
- Full-time availability 5 days a week including weekends and national holidays
- Prior experience in customer service (considered a plus)
- Bachelor's degree (considered a plus)
