About the role
- Act as the primary relationship lead for newly signed Italian restaurants, ensuring they hit key operational metrics and KPIs during their critical first 60 days.
- Educate partners on how to make their menus stand out and encourage the use of advertising tools to drive consistent order volume.
- Serve as the bridge between your restaurant partners and internal teams, such as the photography team, to ensure their digital storefront looks world-class.
- Manage high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues promptly, building the engagement and trust necessary for a long-term partnership.
- Adhere to daily targets and quality standards, maintaining meticulous administrative records in our systems to ensure compliance and task completion.
Requirements
- Linguistic Proficiency: Native or fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Strong Communication: An excellent phone presence with the confidence to lead regular outbound calls and the empathy to listen to partner needs.
- Target-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to work toward demanding targets while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office software; while not essential, knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Emotional Intelligence: The ability to build rapport quickly and navigate partner challenges with a proactive, "get up and go" attitude.
