About the role
- Work as part of the SMB team to promote and sell B2B products and create new business for the Deliveroo platform
- Acquire new business by phone and email
- Pipeline management
- Build daily plans
- Work towards monthly targets and earn monthly commission for achieving targets
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Teams
- Report to the Sales Team Leader
- Office-based during probation, then hybrid working with autonomy
- Participate in training (first month full-time) and sales off-sites and training days
Requirements
- Commitment to succeed in a sales environment with a high earning potential
- One year of commercial experience
- A phone-based background
- The confidence to make regular cold calls
- IT literate (including a range of Microsoft software)
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- An eagerness to develop professionally
- Passionate about our customers and being the definitive food partner of choice
- Right to work in the UK (British Citizenship, Pre-settled/Settled Scheme, Graduate Visa, etc.)
- Based in Manchester (role is Manchester based)
- Availability to work 20 hours/week (Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm)
- Availability to attend full-time training during the first 4 weeks (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm)
