About the role

  • Define our end-to-end process for commercial related processes including mapping, documenting, and clarifying responsibilities and hand-offs
  • Define success metrics to monitor partner experience and process efficiency
  • Maintain up-to-date partner-facing documentation and communications
  • Drive performance of partner-facing and internal commercial processes through monitoring, analysis, and improvement roadmaps
  • Support Product with automation: identify opportunities, define requirements, build financial business cases, lead UAT, and facilitate post-launch feedback
  • Lead go-to-market for policy or process changes: project manage, collaborate on communications and training, lead change management, and review post-launch performance

Requirements

  • End-to-end responsibility for defining Deliveroo’s partner-related policies, partner-facing and internal commercial processes
  • Lead Deliveroo’s thinking on partner-facing policies/processes to deliver positive experience and low cost-to-serve
  • Define end-to-end processes, ensure individual steps are followed across functions/roles
  • Partner with Product to identify automation opportunities
  • Lead go-to-market with internal and external stakeholders for changes and improvements
  • Reporting to the Director, Partner Policies & Processes
  • Part of wider team of process experts supported by PPP project managers
  • Process mapping and documentation skills
  • Define success metrics and monitor process performance
  • Maintain partner-facing documentation and communication
  • Monitor performance of success metrics and ensure compliance
  • Identify opportunities for improvement based on deep-dive analysis
  • Develop process improvement roadmap with business cases
  • Identify opportunities for automation to reduce cost-to-serve or enhance partner experience
  • Support Product with requirements and financial business case and engage frontline teams/partners
  • Lead UAT, utilise frontline commercial personnel
  • Facilitate frontline user/partner feedback post-launch
  • Project manage changes per go-to-market playbook
  • Collaborate with GTM Content, Commercial Incentives, Learning & Development teams
  • Lead change management with frontline commercial teams
  • Review post-launch performance and act on course corrections
