Champion global test-and-learn initiatives to identify best-performing formats, audiences, and messages.
Represent channels in growth and performance leadership forums, contributing to investment strategy, business reviews, and cross-channel planning.
Requirements
8+ years’ experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and/or Affiliate Marketing.
Proven experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and driving measurable business impact.
Exceptional understanding of creative performance, audience strategy, and attribution methodologies.
Experience leading global teams and managing global partners or agencies.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect performance metrics to business outcomes.
Collaborative, curious, and passionate about driving innovation in growth marketing.
