About the role

  • Own and evolve our global paid media strategy across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise large-scale campaigns that fuel brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage a significant global paid media budget, ensuring every euro drives ROI.
  • Dive deep into data to uncover insights, trends, and new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead landing page optimisation and CRO efforts to maximise conversions.
  • Partner closely with content, sales, and marketing teams to align paid media with broader business goals.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with emerging paid media trends and innovations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience managing multi-channel, high-spend paid campaigns with a strategic, results-oriented approach.
  • Experience working in a tech, MarTech, IT, or SaaS environment (or in a specialised agency setting).
  • Proven hands-on expertise running and optimising paid campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Deep expertise in custom audiences, advanced targeting, strategic bidding, and detailed campaign optimisation.
  • Proven expertise running conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing activities, using tools like HubSpot, VWO, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in HubSpot reporting, GA4, and related analytics platforms.
  • A proactive, data-driven, and innovation-focused mindset, always seeking new efficiencies and growth opportunities.
