Product Manager

• Own Intelligence and AI Agent products and features end to end, from early ideation and problem discovery through development, launch, iteration, and eventual retirement.
• Define, own, and continuously prioritise the product roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives, customer needs, technical investment, and delivery capacity.
• Make clear, data-informed trade-offs to ensure focus on the highest-impact opportunities.
• Translate real customer and business problems into clear, detailed product requirements.
• Own the creation of high-quality product specifications, including PRDs, user flows, wireframes, and agent workflow designs.
• Lead the design and evolution of AI-powered, agentic workflows, working closely with engineering on implementation details.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer teams to move ideas into production with fast feedback loops and strong ownership.
• Engage directly with customers and customer-facing teams to identify unmet needs, friction points, and automation opportunities.
• Develop deep expertise in the Adverity platform and become a trusted internal authority on Intelligence and AI agent capabilities.
