Pre-Hire Activities: Advertising across platforms, cultivate applications, pre-screen applicants, schedule interviews, provide resumes and notes to interviewer
Ongoing HR Activities: Enter caregiver info into AxisCare, ensure documents scanned and current, collect updated documents
Scheduler: Complete scheduling by Wednesdays for following two weeks, follow up on unconfirmed shifts, call/text/email caregivers to fill shifts, participate in weekend on-call rotation, request help when needed
General: Follow client instructions and processes, be flexible, attention to detail, work well with co-workers
Requirements
Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English
College degree in Business Administration, or any related field
1-3 years of proven experience as a scheduler or other relevant administrative support experience
Working knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance plans
Proven experience working in a medical office
Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
