• Own Contract & Subcontract Operations

Program Contracts Manager

Accountant

• Own and maintain the Company's general ledger, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
• Prepare and post journal entries and perform monthly account reconciliations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, prepaid expenses, accruals, fixed assets, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Perform and support transactional accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reporting, payroll accounting, and cash management.

• Lead and execute end-to-end process for specialized technical roles including Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and Operations Research Scientists.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Manager of People Operations to scope roles, align on candidate profiles, and drive efficient hiring decisions.
• Proactively build a pipeline of elite passive talent within the AI and Defense sectors, with a focused lens on candidates holding (or eligible for) security clearances.

Security Engineer

• Define and execute the ATO pathway, including responsibility allocation across government and contractor teams
• Author and maintain RMF documentation (SSP, SAP, SCTM, ConMon) in accordance with DoDI 8510.01 and NIST 800-53
• Coordinate with eMASS and Authorizing Officials on assessment and authorization activities
• Lead continuous monitoring and reauthorization efforts across the system lifecycle
• Define security requirements for cross-domain data flows (IL-5, IL-6, tactical edge)
• Evaluate and guide selection of DoD-approved cross-domain solutions
• Ensure classification-aware data segmentation is enforceable, auditable, and aligned with policy (e.g., NOFORN, REL_TO, ORCON)

• Design and scale hosting architecture in IL-5 environments with a path to IL-6
• Evaluate and select deployment strategies across government networks, GovCloud, and hybrid platforms

DevSecOps Project Lead – Sr DevSecOps Engineer

• This is a rare opportunity to define how data moves across the U.S. military’s logistics ecosystem.
• As the Architecture and Data Lead, you will own one of the most critical integration challenges in modern DoD software: enabling data to flow reliably across platforms, classification levels, and operational environments — and transforming it into usable, decision-ready information.
• You will design and build the integration platform that connects DEFCON AI’s software to the broader logistics C2 ecosystem. This includes developing adapters, common data models, translation layers, synchronization mechanisms, and classification-aware data architecture that ensure systems remain coherent from headquarters to the tactical edge.
• This is a senior role combining deep technical execution and system-level architecture leadership. You will define the architecture, build key components, and guide a team of engineers and partners to deliver production-ready integrations across disconnected environments, varied data models, and multi-enclave deployments.
