Producer

• Act as a key liaison between sales, clients, operations, and underwriting to support clear communication and smooth workflow
• Analyze and address loan-level challenges to minimize underwriting disruptions, recommending or negotiating alternative requirements, restructuring, or exception solutions as needed
• Engage directly with clients and partners to resolve loan-level issues and support a seamless processing experience
• Provide expert guidance and support on loan-level and compliance matters for the Transaction Management, Pre-Close and Due Diligence teams

Analyst

• Review mortgage collateral documents (appraisals, CDA’s, AVM’s, etc.) for accuracy and compliance
• Validate that all required documents are present and properly executed according to investor and company standards
• Track and manage collateral files throughout the lifecycle, including receipt and review
• Resolve discrepancies or deficiencies by working with internal teams (Underwriting, Operations and Post-Closing) and external partners
• Maintain accurate records in collateral tracking systems and ensure timely updates
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and reporting related to collateral management
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Collateral Analyst

Account Executive

• Developing a solid call script and follow up methods
• Making a minimum number of outbound calls each day, accompanied by quality conversations
• Generate new broker applications
• Listen attentively to the needs of broker partners and work with the Sr. Account Executive to provide solutions
• Work with the Sr. Account Executive to generate new business and create revenue
• Make daily outbound calls to develop new accounts and follow up
• Adhere to training plan and meet minimum performance metric goals for the first year

• Act as the main point of contact for the broker once the loan has been submitted
• Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness
• Collect and verify all documentation required for initial and final loan approval
• Proactively manage the Estimated Closing Date and keep stakeholders informed
• Prepare and submit initial, conditional, and final loan packages to underwriting
• Maintain timely and professional communication with brokers, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)

• Define and own the Marketing Technology vision to support aggressive non-QM loan production growth targets in the B2B space
• Partner with executive leadership, sales, and operations to align MarTech investments with business goals, sales enablement, and channel expansion
• Serve as the primary champion for digital transformation in marketing and partner engagement
• Lead or advance the integration and optimization of marketing technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, partner portals, data enrichment tools, content management, and SEO/SEM platforms, etc.)
• Oversee lead management systems and ensure seamless integration with CRM and other loan production systems
• Drive personalization, segmentation, and targeting strategies for wholesale brokers, correspondent lenders, and loan originators
