The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for driving process and system improvements centrally for our operations organization. The core focus of the Operational Excellence team is to improve customer experience, by becoming faster and better in how we serve our customers in their day to day.. You will be empowered to own, build, and shape projects and programs to measure and enhance how we operate.
Analyze, develop, and optimize systems and tools to support the Operations Organization.
Drive projects around reducing support interactions by improving our product and operations experience.
Understand the user journey in depth to identify opportunities to make it more seamless and reduce friction.
Build models, which allow to assess and track the experience across multiple product lines and trigger actions to improve experience where needed.
Lead large cross-functional projects to develop and launch new features, workflows, and internal tools.
Design and implement innovative processes and workflows to support business strategy
Collaborate with senior Operations and Product stakeholders to implement scalable processes, systems, and tools for hyper-growth.
Ensure clean, timely execution of processes and workflows.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in a Operations, Customer Experience or Business Operations role in a high growth B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on mentality to fix problems quickly and successfully while working towards a long-term vision.
Prior experience in driving projects, process and customer experience improvements
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions.
Ability to review, analyze, and troubleshoot technical flaws to ensure sound data & infrastructure hygiene.
Demonstrated technical skills with systems and custom report & dashboard building - incl. SQL skills.
Understanding of SaaS business operations, best practices, and industry standards.
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements to key stakeholders; able to collaborate and drive change across a variety of stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Experience administering and integrating software and tools such Looker (or Tableau/other BI tool), JIRA, Snowflake, Zapier and more.
