About the role
- Build a clear vision, strategy, and execution path for area of responsibility
- Work cross-functionally to collect and address diverse needs of different product lines
- Drive progress through the entire product development lifecycle using PM skills
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and product experts to execute vision
- Balance core product development with high-priority client escalations in a high-speed, remote-first environment
- Own product for Deel’s equity offering and add-on products such as workspaces, consulting, and health insurance
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups
- Background in equity-related product lines preferred but not required
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
- Strong operational and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of UX and UI principles
- Location: EMEA
- Ability to balance product development with high-priority client escalations in a remote-first environment
