About the role
- Lead the EMEA sales teams focused on selling ER/Studio to mid-size through Fortune 100 companies
- Build and scale a direct sales organization in the EMEA and APAC markets
- Translate the organization’s vision, mission, and values into actionable context for regional sales teams
- Build and implement large-scale and successful sales practices and processes
- Work closely with partners, demand generation and product teams to significantly grow revenues
- Identify emerging markets and form sales strategies to keep regions competitive and innovative
- Coach, mentor and lead sales team members to increase sales and exceed goals and objectives
- Communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven management experience
- Proven ability to plan, forecast, manage resources and ensure consistent application of a sales model/methodology
- Experience building large-scale inside sales practices and scaling organizations based on company requirements, business goals and revenue targets
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas and timelines
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Sales management experience in the technology sector
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical and networking skills
- Stable and consistent work history
- Ability to identify valuable emerging markets and form sales strategies
- Experience selling ER/Studio or similar enterprise data modeling software
