Account Executive

• Sell Database business solutions to companies in a defined territory
• Develop and maintain relationships with the key decision-makers for the enterprise to nurture a total understanding of business needs
• Develop new accounts and implement plans for growth in existing accounts
• Work with Pre-Sales technical resources to gain complete understanding of customer needs and customize the appropriate solution
• Recognize customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address these needs; create business proposals around these needs

Sales

• Lead the EMEA sales teams focused on selling ER/Studio to mid-size through Fortune 100 companies
• Build and scale a direct sales organization in the EMEA and APAC markets
• Translate the organization’s vision, mission, and values into actionable context for regional sales teams
• Build and implement large-scale and successful sales practices and processes
• Work closely with partners, demand generation and product teams to significantly grow revenues
• Identify emerging markets and form sales strategies to keep regions competitive and innovative
• Coach, mentor and lead sales team members to increase sales and exceed goals and objectives
• Communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners

Regional Sales Manager

Marketing Operations

• Develop, maintain, and oversee data pipelines and architectures supporting the marketing and sales technology stack, including platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, and SQL-based sales and finance data sources
• Drive alignment between marketing, sales, and business stakeholders by maintaining clear definitions across various objects and attributes across sales and marketing systems (i.e. contacts/leads source, funnel stages, etc.), documenting key data sources, workflows, and fields (including any dependencies on external systems), and proactively monitoring all core marketing and sales flows for consistency and reliability
• Lead the modernization of the marketing technology stack, identifying opportunities to unlock new capabilities and efficiencies while ensuring accurate and meaningful data collection to analyze the impact of marketing campaigns on the customer buying journey and drive performance improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to lead strategic and operational initiatives, structuring data-related challenges, conducting in-depth analysis, and delivering actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and support the company’s rapid growth
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data collected across marketing and sales platforms, including maintaining adherence to GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and processes to effectively communicate valuable insights to stakeholders across the organization
• Reports to Sembi’s Director of Operations; regular interaction with senior management

Marketing Operations Analyst

DevOps Engineer

• Reporting to the Sr Director of IT and DevOps, lead infrastructure and delivery operations across multiple brands and product lines
• Lead a team of DevOps engineers supporting multiple cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response processes
• Mentor engineers on technical skills and communication/teamwork dynamics
• Lead agile ceremonies for core DevOps engineering teams including sprint planning, commitments, velocity and retrospectives
• Identify and drive investments in automation to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to align deployment and SRE practices with agile methodologies
• Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment velocity, rollback safety, and environment parity
• Participate in incident response reviews and postmortems; establish a culture of reliability and learning
• Support documentation, runbooks, and internal knowledge sharing via Jira and Confluence
• Guide and evolve infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, Helm, and related tooling
• Drive containerization and Kubernetes orchestration best practices across brands and platforms
• Oversee observability tooling and alerting, including Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, PagerDuty, and Opsgenie
• Own operational standards for CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions and CircleCI
• Hands-on focus on tooling, environments, automation, and observability

DevOps Manager

Technical Project Manager

• Oversee and manage long-running IT projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and scope are met while maintaining high-quality standards
• Balance recurring work items (helpdesk, hardware procurement) alongside long-running project-based work (cloud tool migrations, implementing new IT-acquired software)
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices across the team (Scrum, Kanban)
• Utilize Jira to track progress, manage user work queues, backlogs, sprints, and epic burndowns for long-running projects
• Facilitate both short-term focused IT engineers on helpdesk/procurement and long-running system implementations or migrations
• Regularly update stakeholders and leadership on project status, roadblocks, risks, and opportunities
• Define processes and policies for employee onboarding, laptop procurement/upgrades, employee offboarding, and other scheduled business needs
• Analyze and apply lessons learned from previous projects to enhance processes, tools, and team performance

IT Project Manager

Data Engineer

• Senior technical leader owning design, performance, and scalability of internal data warehouse and production databases.
• Lead data engineering function and mentor junior data engineers.
• Own and manage AWS-based data infrastructure related to the data warehouse and ETL systems, including provisioning, system performance, and cost optimization.
• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end ETL pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and integration from internal and third-party systems.
• Optimize queries and indexes for production application databases to ensure fast, reliable access.
• Triage and resolve data integrity issues across the warehouse and source systems.
• Partner with BI analysts and stakeholders to enable high-quality reporting and analytics.
• Support data tooling and BI platforms such as Yellowfin, Tableau, PowerBI and others.
• Ensure secure and performant connectivity between CDATA drivers and data warehouse.
