Technical Account Manager

• Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of WhereScape solutions across diverse environments, platforms, and customers.
• Provide hands-on data automation expertise, building custom field solutions as needed for unique customer environments.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring customers adopt best practices and fully leverage WhereScape capabilities.
• Partner with Support and Product to resolve complex, high-severity issues quickly and professionaly.
• Collaborate with Product to influence the roadmap based on real-world customer needs and feedback.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to support expansion and renewal opportunities by demonstrating value and execution excellence.

Accountant

• Responsible for assisting the Tax Director and International Tax Manager in domestic and international tax compliance, tax provision, and tax consulting duties required of the Tax Department including:
• Preparation of Idera’s income tax accounting related to Idera’s U.S. financial statement income tax provision under ASC 740 including international subsidiaries.
• Gathering information and preparation of U.S. income tax return schedules in support of Idera’s consolidated corporate Form 1120, including all state returns and schedules associated with Idera’s international subsidiaries (5471’s, 8858’s, FTC, Section 163(j) interest limitation, GILTI, FDII).
• Calculation and payment of income tax estimated tax payments and extension payments.
• US income tax and indirect tax audit management.
• Acquisition integration into the Company’s tax compliance processes.
• Assist with implementation of U.S. income tax provision and compliance software.
• Determine jurisdictional nexus and that the Company is properly registered to do business in each jurisdiction globally.
• Maintain knowledge of changing tax laws and regulations, identify and implement necessary changes.
• Research and analyze tax issues, document and report conclusions.
• Maintain current professional and technical knowledge.

Senior Income Tax Accountant

Account Manager

• Identify new sales opportunities using qualifying skills and tactics supported by a structured sales process
• Generate revenue from new and existing customers in an assigned territory
• Establish and maintain good rapport and customer support to existing customers
• Provide continuous verbal and written updates on forecast, opportunity pipeline and territory plan

Account Executive

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound efforts, networking, and inbound leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Yellowfin’s BI solutions and articulate their value to stakeholders across various industries.

Marketing

• Develop and execute integrated campaigns targeting potential customers of Perspectium’s software (both technical users and decision makers), including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, social media, paid advertising, and more.
• Improve our lead-to-customer conversion rate by refining messaging, inbound and outbound programs, and creative.
• Coordinate with other marketing team members to create compelling marketing collateral tailored to various stages of the buyer journey.
• Build out email campaigns by different segments to engage prospects, build relationships and move leads through the funnel.
• Run webinars that align with our strategy to build pipeline.
• Communicate and report on KPIs, campaign performance and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for campaign optimization, and improvement of website traffic, lead quality, lead velocity, and pipeline generation.
• Partner closely with sales, marketing, and operations to develop a coordinated content strategy and campaign execution for both inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop sales outreach and nurture campaigns that achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Build and manage relationships with third-party vendors and/or agency partners, such as industry influencers, thought leaders, and content syndication providers, to drive additional lead generation opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the database ecosystem.
• Manage allocated marketing budget and identify resources to maximize lead generation performance.

Regional Sales Manager

Marketing Operations

• Develop, maintain, and oversee data pipelines and architectures supporting the marketing and sales technology stack, including platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, and SQL-based sales and finance data sources
• Drive alignment between marketing, sales, and business stakeholders by maintaining clear definitions across various objects and attributes across sales and marketing systems (i.e. contacts/leads source, funnel stages, etc.), documenting key data sources, workflows, and fields (including any dependencies on external systems), and proactively monitoring all core marketing and sales flows for consistency and reliability
• Lead the modernization of the marketing technology stack, identifying opportunities to unlock new capabilities and efficiencies while ensuring accurate and meaningful data collection to analyze the impact of marketing campaigns on the customer buying journey and drive performance improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to lead strategic and operational initiatives, structuring data-related challenges, conducting in-depth analysis, and delivering actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and support the company’s rapid growth

• Lead a team of DevOps engineers supporting multiple cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and incident response processes

• Lead agile ceremonies for core DevOps engineering teams including sprint planning, commitments, velocity and retrospectives
