About the role
- Drive sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with all segments of clients
- Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to secure new business
- Grow and own a targeted account list and develop a territory plan for acquiring business
- Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish and provide subject matter expertise
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and collaboration with sales development representative
- Manage inbound prospects and maintain CRM system with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data
Requirements
- Geographically based in Singapore or open to Hong Kong
- Ideally speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese customers
- Multi-segment sales experience
- 4+ years sales experience in a quota carrying sales role
- Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and adding net new logos
- Experience executing across the full sales cycle
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (application asks for confirmation)
