About the role

  • Alliance Director for Workday Practice at Deel—driving global Workday partnerships.
  • Act as the primary liaison for Workday AEs and field teams in your region or vertical.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships within the Workday ecosystem to drive referrals and joint opportunities.
  • Strategize with Workday AEs on accounts where Deel can accelerate global payroll and workforce expansion.
  • Lead enablement efforts to educate and equip Workday field teams with Deel messaging, tools, and resources.
  • Identify high-potential accounts for joint expansion with Workday.
  • Coordinate co-marketing and joint field activities (events, roundtables, ABM campaigns) with Workday and system integrator partners.
  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs, including pipeline influence and revenue attribution from the Workday partnership.
  • Collaborate closely with Deel’s Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Develop Workday-specific case studies and capture customer references.
  • Support strategic initiatives, such as deployment offset programs and co-sell incentives.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and document all partnership engagement for visibility and measurement.

Requirements

  • Direct experience working within or alongside the Workday ecosystem (required).
  • 5+ years in alliances, channel management, enterprise sales, or partner-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of HCM, global payroll, EOR, or related Workday partner offerings.
  • Proven success influencing indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to map solutions to business outcomes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and partnership reporting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% to meet with partners, attend events, and support field activities.
