Responsible for the overall ownership and operations of Paid Search campaigns and activity for Deel.
Ensures all of team's platforms are already set up for success without missing any products, campaigns, or ads. Educating and working with their team on best practices and cross team collaboration.
Owning full team workflows for product streams and brand streams for new ads and initiatives and delegates to team.
Owns not just the top of funnel ad experience for paid search but also with the LPs website experience once people land on the website, effectively managing the entire top of the funnel
Initiates and manages conversations with external vendors, being proactive with ideas, questions, issues. Questioning everything.
Responsible for identifying, commissioning, and leading work on complex, large-scale projects that have a major impact on the entire company.
Full ownership of team’s testing strategy and on campaign structures, bidding, ad creative, budgets and other impact driven variables for continuous growth, scale, and expansion to reflect our growing verticals, country expansion and brand/product priorities.
Able to effectively manage priorities, pivot and adapt with changing tasks/ask with little to no supervision
Leads highly visible multidisciplinary project teams or initiatives; provides thought leadership.
Requirements
You have a minimum of 5 years experience managing Paid Search accounts end-to-end for a B2B brand, ideally in-house, with 1+ years experience managing people or mentoring people within Paid Search scope and keeping a team motivated, growing and hitting KPIs.
You are an expert with the Paid Search platforms including, but not limited to Google and Bing, with performance-based goals (CPL, SQO, pipeline, ROAS etc)
You are data-driven and comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives
You have worked on or led a team directly impacting revenue in your previous roles and consistently hit CPL, SQO and ROAS KPIs
You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
You are self-motivated and adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
