About the role
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Deel's AI & Platform products
- Serve as a key liaison between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Craft clear and compelling messaging and positioning for target audiences and customer-facing materials
- Lead planning and execution of product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless execution
- Develop sales tools, training materials, and content to enable the sales team and conduct training sessions and webinars
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing to utilize customer insights to refine product marketing strategies and drive customer advocacy
- Define KPIs and metrics to track success of product marketing initiatives and regularly report on performance
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars and contribute to thought leadership content
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis
- Experience with product management and product lifecycle management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Authorization to work in the country of residence; may require visa sponsorship depending on candidate
