About the role

Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Deel's AI & Platform products
Serve as a key liaison between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions
Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Craft clear and compelling messaging and positioning across customer-facing materials
Lead planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams
Develop sales enablement tools, training materials, and conduct training sessions and webinars
Collaborate with Customer Marketing to utilize customer insights and drive customer advocacy
Define KPIs and metrics to track success and regularly report on performance
Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership content

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
10+ years of experience in product marketing
At least 5 years in a senior or leadership role
Proven experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis
Experience with product management and product lifecycle management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
