About the role
- Recruit and lead candidate experience for Revenue roles globally
- Recruit exceptional talent, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and maintain candidate scorecards
- Build a deep understanding of the Deel product and role requirements
- Develop and refine interview processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience
- Work with management and leadership to develop internal and external sourcing strategies
- Ensure company culture is maintained and the team lives and breathes Deel's key principles
Requirements
- Experience of recruiting across Revenue, including Account Executive (SMB, Enterprise), Sales Development
- Experience in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function with a track record of hiring top talent quickly
- Comfortable handling complex candidate questions related to compensation, equity, immigration and related issues
- Strong data and analytical skills and attention to detail
- Natural communicator; able to engage the room when presenting, speaking and demonstrating
- Used to working with data to make processes more efficient
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
